Investment incentives (grants) are available to the following borrowers:
- SMEs meeting the eligibility criteria of the EU4Business EBRD Credit Line.
- Residential borrowers, including individuals who are residents of or owners of an apartment or single-family home, as well as homeowners’ associations.
This programme supports homeowners, homeowners’ associations, and construction companies in Moldova in investing in renewable energy and energy efficiency improvements in residential buildings.
